The league management company of Nigeria has tried to regulate the Nigerian football league to follow foreign transfer windows in order to make transfers easy for Nigerian players in case transfers and this has helped Nigerian clubs transfer announce signed players.
But, from our view, this can be more effective if the league management company is deeply involved in perfection for both coaches and players to contrast with foreign contracts.
