Position 1–2 : CAF Champions League
Position 3 : CAF Confederation Cup.
Because the last time shooting stars qualified for the continent was 1999 in the café Champions League, which is over 25 years old now.

Lobi Stars was founded as Hawks of Makurdi in 1981 by the Benue State Sports Council. The club was renamed Benue Breweries Limited (BBL) Hawks Football Club when the state-owned Breweries acquired the club in 1985.
