Mohammed Salah from Egypt joined Swiss side Basel in 2012. During his time with the club, Salah played a total of 95 games for Basel, scoring a total of 21 goals. In 2015, Salah moved to fiorentina on loan. On 3 August 2016, Roma announced the signing of Salah on a permanent deal for €15 million. He scored a total of 65 goals from 2015 to 2017. Salah returned to the Premier League in July 2017 after signing to play for Liverpool 7 years ago and scored l78.
With 178 goals, the Egyptian has now overtaken Frank Lampard to go sixth in the Premier League’s all-time leading scorers list.
