1. *Keep the group together:* The 2026Flamingos should become the core of Falconets (U20) for the next 2 years. Don’t scatter them.
2. *Pro League for Women:* NWFL needs to become professional with a salary + TV. If not, these girls will peak at 17.
3. *Education + Football:* Many parents withdraw girls at 18 because no preparation lay down to balance football and school.
4. *Play up, not down:* Play more games against the USA, Spain, Japan and other standard nations U17/U19. After all tournaments in the category, keep them together
If we get this right, *the 2026 Flamingos will be the senior World Cup winning team for Nigeria in 2031–2035.* The talent is already there.
