(The participation fees cover all the logistics for the matches to be played by the clubs. This includes match indemnities, security, medicals, pitch preparation, and ball boys. Etc) registration fee of #300, 000, which encompasses the Pre-Competition Medical Assessment, Players’ Registration, Insurance of players, and Secretariat Management, shall be maintained despite the inflation.

7. The Congress approved Friday April 11, 2025, as season kickoff date to give the clubs ample time and opportunity to recruit more talented players knowing that most of their players might have been transferred during the professional league transfer window in January. While registration starts Thursday, January 30th, and closes on Friday, March 28, 2025. The registration procedure in NLO has been adjudged to be more secured and tamper proof. Any club that does not pay or complete its registration will be sanctioned according to the rules and regulations of the NLO.

8. Being the grassroots league that must set a strong foundation for the system, the Congress acknowledged the effort of the Board by approving the move by the Secretariat to install a facial recognition device on the club registration portal to forestall player poaching and double registration of players by clubs.
