AVG Sports is a football media and player development platform delivering credible football news, tactical analysis, transfer coverage, and resources for players, fans, and football communities. We cover the game from the biggest European tournaments to Nigerian and international leagues, with a particular focus on African football and the players making their mark both at home and abroad.
Our Mission
We started AVG Sports to give football fans a reliable source for news and analysis, and to give aspiring players a place to find genuine development resources. Football media often overlooks African leagues and African talent unless a player has already broken into a major European club. We want to help change that by covering players and competitions from earlier in their journey.
