    Valuing Preparation
The football tournament will help young people learn how to distinguish between effort and ability. It will increase self-discipline and the awareness of the value of preparation because they will see and analyze the difference in their performance.

    Resilience
The game will provide an unparalleled model for dealing with disappointment and misfortune. They put in extra time on fitness or work on specific weaknesses in their game with their respective groups.

    Attitude Control

All the players learn that a confident attitude improves their performance, and that they have some control over their attitude, hence improving their game and their learning process.

    Long-term Thinking
They will learn the fundamental lesson of sacrificing immediate gratification for long-term gain.

Relationships with other players from different local governments.

Football players develop relationships with their teammates. For boys and girls, football is a primary, and, unfortunately, sometimes the sole, way of socializing with others.

  • Shooting stars shove to 19 positions by home boy

Shooting stars shove to 19 positions by home boy

As the Nigeria professional league began, Oluyole Warriors (Shooting Stars) fans turned up in their numbers, drumming, singing, and rallying behind their beloved Oluyole Warriors in what was expected to be a thrilling league opener. And indeed, the match lived up to its billing—full of energy, determination, and moments of real quality, but unfortunately lost to Bayelsa United 0-1. The only goals were scored by an attacking midfielder from heading, Kehinde Malik. Lawal happened to be a player who was trained and grew up in Ibadan, playing for Bayelsa United, which is not the only time Oyo state indigenes played against their indigenous club. For the normal understanding of game sort games, it happens throughout the world, but the case of shooting has been getting worse and worse for over a decade. Now, the percentage of indigenous players in the team is too small compared to other state teams.
In my opinion, this has been one of the problems teams are facing because of not doing very well. If we can flash back to an era when some of the shooting players were picked from the streets of the state and even secondary school, this lovely does perfectly well get continental tickets and even the majority of players who represent the Nigeria national team were picked by either shooting stars or Enugu rangers. If I may ask, when was the last time shooting won a league and even qualified for continental compared to that era? Let me just cast our minds back. Mutiu Adepoju was picked from femo scorpions to shooting stars. Both teams are in the same state and
Oluwasegun Abiodun, also from a grassroots football club in Ibadan, joined Shooting Stars with a lot of players like that why such opportunities are not given to youth of the state, just like previous shooting stars. The only thing you will experience is that 90 percent of players playing for the team are not from the state they are from outside. Maybe the management of the team don’t understand the fact that the majority of players from outside may not have the interest of the team in their hearts, because the team does not belong to them and the reality is, if a particular football club was put in place by the state government, the purpose is for the development of the youth of the state.
Please management explore your immediate environment for the development of this great club to gain past glory lay by the late Lekan Salam and others.

Chelsea give hosts a shock lead to scribble West Ham United

Football looks so interesting and funny. This is what happened in yesterday’s match between West Ham United and Chelsea. It was a fantastic approach. At 6 mins. West Ham got a goal from Brasília L.PAQUETA. This was really disappointing after a little time from West Ham for Chelsea to take advantage of West Ham United by scoring five goals with Chelsea conceding a Lucas Paqueta early on to lead  from Joao Pedro. Joao Pedro. Yesterday’s goal was his first Premier League goal for Chelsea. After  15 minutes of playing Pedro Neto score leading goals for Chelsea from the crossed from  Joao Pedro.

Excellent work from Estevao Willian allowed Enzo Fernander to open his account for the season shortly after the half-hour, and we only reasserted our dominance in the opening exchanges of the second period.Moises Caicedo marked his 100th Chelsea appearance with a goal, prodding home from a corner, and Trevoh Chalobah did likewise as the Hammers struggled to handle our set-piece threat.

Chelsea to make the game end 5-1 in favor of Chelsea. The craziest part is that Joao Pedro makes his first game for Chelsea to be a historical one, just like what he did at the world club by scoring two goals for Chelsea in the club World Cup semi-final.

It was very disappointing and the disastrous derby – on the back of a bruising 3-0 loss at newly-promoted Sunderland on the opening weekend – has already sparked talk of a relegation battle and under-pressure Graham Potter appears in desperate need of reinforcements before the transfer window closes in just over a week’s time.
